Chelsea and Dave are not only the cutest couple ever, but the cutest parents as well. They are so sweet with their little Owyn and it was fun to be with all three of them on their special day. They had a beautiful ceremony at The Farm and afterward had the perfect dinner and reception in their own freshly-redone backyard. I loved every detail of their wedding, their reception seriously felt magical and so intimate. We’re so happy for you guys, thanks for letting us photograph your day!

Kristi & Nate // Wedding Day

Kristi and Nate met while Kristi was working as a receptionist. Nate was a bike messenger and would often deliver packages to her building. Well, Kristi noticed Nate and decided to write down his delivery number and then specifically request him to deliver all of the offices packages. She later asked him out and they had been dating ever since! That was twelve years ago, and they decided it was time to get married. (Isn’t that the cutest meeting story?) Even though Kristi and Nate live in Portland, they got married here in Arizona and we are so happy they did! This was hands down the most relaxed and intimate wedding we’ve ever been to. They got married in their families vacation home and it was awesome. (I’m sure you can get an idea from all the pictures of the decor included.) Before the ceremony, Kristi was hanging out with all her family and friends in the living room wearing her robe, it was so laid-back and we loved it. They had the ceremony out in the backyard and ended the night with a game of extreme cornhole. It was such a party.

I think Mark said it best when I overheard him say to his soon-to-be Mother-in-law while we were shooting these, “Amber looks like a doll!” I thought it was the cutest. And the truth. Ambers Mom made her dress for her, isn’t it adorable?

Kristi and Nate had a beautiful desert wedding in Carefree, Arizona and we feel so lucky we were able to photograph it! Kristi promised Nate they would keep the picture-taking to a minimum, so we literally spent no more than 5 minutes outside between the ceremony and cocktail hour grabbing a few of them together. Chelsea & Francois // Bridals

Chelsea and Francois are the sweetest and coolest people ever. Francois is from South Africa and has the best accent, they met and started dating in Korea, and one of their favorite memories together is watching the sunset in Bali, so yeah. Since they were out of the country until right before their wedding here in Arizona, we met them for the first time on their wedding day, and instantly fell in love with them. They were so relaxed and easy going and most importantly, so in love with each other. To give you an idea of how relaxed Chelsea was, she ended up getting her wedding shoes the morning of, my kind of bride! Congrats Chelsea & Francois, I can’t wait to hear where you guys end up next!

Sharisa & Rex // Married!

Sharisa and Rex had the most relaxed and perfect wedding day. They got married in the Mesa LDS Temple, took some pictures, and then went off on their honeymoon from there. They focused on all the important parts! How much do you love her wedding dress? and shoes? and bouquet?! and necklace?! Go Sharisa and Rex!
